Thus far I've slept, wrote a bit of what would have been my NaNo project if I didn't decide that sanity was more important, slept some more, read two books, and slept. Today I changed my layout in what has to be the single longest consecutive amount of time I've gone without changing my layout. There has to be a shorter way of saying that. Anyway, it's surprisingly minimalistic considering that it's, you know, me. May not be friendly with those without widescreen monitors, though. Whoops. I am rather disappointed that Pittsburgh seems to have had a fairly large amount of snow dumped onto it after I left. Or was that somewhere else? Either way, I want pictures. I feel left out, and I hope that there will be a hefty amount of snow when I return. I wish to make snow abominations. Christmas is in four days. I plan on doing nothing. Charms and break [16 Dec 2009|12:32am] laronmi [ mood | creative ] Group shot! If anyone needs me to cut this, let me know. A group shot of some of the charms I made. The two cats and fish are unglazed. The fish is for a co-worker of mine. The calico cat is a birthday present for ilfiren (Happy birthday!), and the black cat was a test, as is the cake slices. The two hamburgers came out pretty decently, too! I gave away a couple of pieces already. The cow and one of the hamburgers are taken, as are the previously mentioned calico cat and fish. If anyone wants any of the others, tell me. If you have a request, tell me and I'll see what I can do. I'll go to the post office and ask about mailing these after break, so you probably won't get them for a while. Tomorrow will be spent cleaning up the apartment in preparation for break, with some possible hanging out. I leave at three in the morning Thursday. I went to the library today to pick up a bag full of books to read for break, and then realized that there wasn't enough room to put them in the luggage. Arg. I keep forgetting that this is a domestic flight, so I'm only allowed to bring carry on luggage. Sigh. 8| Scars || Insert cut |
